Onzal Development Corporation (ODC) has formally entered into a land purchase agreement with Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. and Sta. Lucia Realty and Development, Inc. for a prime property located along JP Laurel, Nasugbu, Batangas.
ODC intends to develop the site into a strategic commercial establishment featuring a well-known quick service restaurant and a fuel station. This development is envisioned to enhance the area’s status as a premier leisure and commercial destination in Nasugbu.
The contract signing was graced by representatives of Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. and Sta. Lucia Realty and Development, Inc., including Mr. Jaime L. Aguila, President; Mr. Dexter B. Reolada, Senior Vice President; Ms. Ma. Lourdes E. Concepcion, Assistant to the Vice President; and Atty. Jerry B. Delay Cruz, Corporate Lawyer of SLLI Global Marketing Inc.
Representing Onzal Development Corporation were Ms. Melanie Teresa Salazar, Managing Director; together with Astra Angeles, Ralph Santos, Tammy Britanico, and Maan Tario.
This agreement underscores ODC’s commitment to strategic growth and to contributing to the continued progress of Batangas’ commercial landscape.
