September 23, 2025 – Onzal Development Corporation (ODC) has officially signed a lease agreement with Hi-Precision Diagnostics, the country’s leading provider of affordable and high-quality diagnostic healthcare services.
The contract signing was graced by Ms. Melanie Teresa Salazar, Managing Director of ODC, and Ms. Melissa Ongsue Lee, Vice President for Sales & Marketing of Hi-Precision Diagnostics. Also present were Mr. Selwyn Cu, VP – New Business Development of Hi-Precision, alongside ODC leads Astra Angeles, Ralph Santos, Maan Tario, and Tammy Britanico.
This strategic partnership paves the way for Hi-Precision to expand its footprint in key locations across the Philippines. The first project under the agreement is the establishment of a new branch at 7th Avenue corner Rizal Avenue, Caloocan City—the company’s first in the area—set to open in the first quarter of 2026.
Hi-Precision has consistently raised the bar in the diagnostics industry. In October 2023, its main branch in Del Monte, Quezon City achieved a historic milestone as the first diagnostic laboratory in the Philippines to be fully accredited under the ISO 15189:2022 standard.
