Onzal Development Corporation (ODC) has officially completed the acquisition of a 2,860-square-meter property in Orion, Bataan, following the finalization and signing of the Deed of Absolute Sale.
Strategically located in one of Bataan’s growing commercial areas, the property is positioned for future development and is set to house a popular Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) by 2027. The upcoming development is expected to further enhance the site’s commercial value, visibility, and potential to attract complementary businesses and services.
The acquisition forms part of ODC’s continuing effort to expand its portfolio of strategically located properties and develop commercial sites that support the growth of established brands and business partners.
Present during the signing of the Deed of Absolute Sale were Ms. Melanie Teresa L. Salazar, Managing Director of Onzal Development Corporation, together with members of the ODC team, and property owners Mr. Arielito Q. Artillaga and Mr. Gerald Q. Artillaga.
With the transaction now completed, the Orion property officially joins ODC’s growing portfolio and marks another important step in the company’s expansion in Central Luzon. The planned QSR opening in 2027 is expected to bring more business activity and support further development in the area.
