Onzal Development Corporation Welcomes New Client – Billiards Lounge in Savano Park, Bulacan

Onzal Development Corporation’s Managing Director, Ms. Melanie Teresa Salazar, has signed a lease agreement with entreprenurs, Mr. Ranie Datuin and Ms. Kheeana Revecho for the establishment of billards and café lounge.

The owners plan to build a retro-inspired billiards lounge within Onzal Development Corporation’s property located in Savano Park, San Jose, Bulacan. Construction is set to begin shortly, with the grand opening targeted for December 2025.

The billiards lounge will join the growing roster of lifestyle establishments at Savano Park, reinforcing its reputation as a hub for dining, entertainment, and community events
