San Pablo City, Laguna — On February 18, 2026, Onzal Development Corporation officially signed a 15-year lease agreement with Omnitech Medical and Healthcare Services, Inc. for its property along Cosico Avenue, San Pablo City.
The new facility, located beside McDonald’s – Cosico Avenue, will soon house a dialysis center, diagnostic facility, and pharmaceutical store — bringing accessible and quality healthcare services closer to the community.
