Bea De Leon (BDL), owner of Physiolab and a prominent athlete in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL), has officially signed a long-term building lease agreement with Onzal Development Corporation (ODC).
Physiolab is a specialized physical therapy and rehabilitation clinic focused on improving mobility, enhancing wellness, and supporting recovery from surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Through personalized treatment programs and professional care, Physiolab helps patients regain strength, restore function, and return to their active lifestyles.
The new location at Onzal’s Shaw Boulevard Commercial Center is expected to provide greater visibility, improved accessibility, and expanded business opportunities, enabling Physiolab to reach more patients seeking quality rehabilitation and wellness services in Mandaluyong and nearby Metro Manila areas.
Representing Onzal Development Corporation during the lease signing ceremony were key leads Ms. Melon Salazar, Engr. Ralph Santos, Ms. Tammy Britanico, and Ms. Maan Tario, who welcomed Physiolab as one of the center’s wellness-focused tenants.
