August 7, 2025 — Manila, Philippines — Onzal Development Corporation has officially entered into a Master Lease Agreement with V-Green Charging Station Development Philippines, Inc., marking a significant milestone in the advancement of electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure in the country.
The agreement was formally signed by Ms. Melanie Teresa Salazar, Managing Director of Onzal Development Corporation, and Mr. Luu Viet Hung, Chief Executive Officer of V-Green Charging Station Development Philippines, Inc.
V-Green Charging Station Development Philippines, Inc. is an affiliate of VinFast, the leading electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer in Vietnam, with a growing presence in North America, the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
This agreement marks the beginning of a long-term business partnership between Onzal and VinFast/V-Green. Under the agreement, Onzal Development Corporation will provide land lease arrangements for the installation of V-Green’s EV charging ports. These stations will initially serve the V-GSM electric taxi fleet and will later accommodate VinFast’s expanding lineup of electric vehicles and scooters.
As part of its commitment to sustainability and smart urban mobility, Onzal aims to secure and provide sites capable of hosting approximately 2,000 EV charging ports in key locations across the country.
Present at the signing ceremony were members of the Onzal Development Team: Astra Angeles, Tammy Britanico, Ralph Ulrik Santos, and Maan Tario.
