On March 23, 2026, Onzal Development Corporation formalized a long-term lease agreement with The Pinnacle Arena Business Ventures, represented by Christian Dan Roxas, Eric Uy, Justin Katigbak, Engr. Jose Coprado, and Miyuki Diaz.
Under the agreement, Pinnacle Arena will occupy the second level of Onzal’s soon-to-be-developed commercial center located along Shaw Boulevard in Wack Wack, Mandaluyong City.
The Pinnacle Arena team brings extensive experience in managing sports events and facility operations, having worked with various professional and national teams and well-known companies and organized basketball, volleyball, and pickleball activities. They expressed strong enthusiasm for the new location, highlighting its potential to serve as a modern and dynamic venue for athletes within Metro Manila.
The signing ceremony was attended by Onzal’s key representatives, including Ms. Melon Salazar, Astra Angeles, Ralph Santos, Tammy Britanico, and Maan Tario.
