Onzal Development Corporation (ODC) has renewed its industrial land and building lease agreement with GenOSI, Incorporated for the fourth time, marking another milestone in their long-standing partnership.
The lease signing ceremony was attended by Ms. Melanie Teresa L. Salazar, Managing Director of ODC, along with her team leads. Representing GenOSI were Mr. Frederick Ramos, General Manager, and Ms. Hazel Gutierrez, Head of Finance, HR, and Administration.
GenOSI, Inc. is a joint venture between the Uytengsu family and OSI Group, a global leader in supplying processed meat, poultry, pork, baked goods, vegetable, and fish products. As one of the country’s leading food processing companies, GenOSI is the exclusive supplier of beef and chicken patties, chicken and fish nuggets, beef longganisa, and beef sausage for McDonald’s Philippines. It also serves major restaurant chains such as Army Navy, Burger King, Chili’s Grill & Bar, TGI Friday’s, and Outback Steakhouse, among others.
GenOSI’s 7,500-square-meter meat processing facility—equipped with state-of-the-art technology and machinery—was inaugurated on May 19, 2017. The company is ISO-certified (FSSC 22000 version 5.0, ISO/IEC 17025:2005) and a proud member of the Philippine Association of Meat Processors, Inc. (PAMPI).
